Appointment request privacy notice

Axion Now collects the name, phone, email, ZIP code, damage category, preferred date/time, and language you submit to respond to your request. Requests are stored in the website database and available to the authorized business administrator. Submitting does not enroll you in marketing messages or confirm an appointment.

Do not submit medical information, insurance policy numbers, or other sensitive records. To request correction or deletion, email info@axionnowinspection.com. Your language preference is saved in your browser. The embedded weather map is provided by Windy and may receive standard browser connection information when loaded.

Advertising measurement

Our English and Spanish homepages use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and successful appointment requests and help evaluate Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may receive browser, device, IP address, page URL, and cookie information. We do not include your form answers or contact details in these events. Automatic event detection is disabled in our website integration. You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through Meta. Learn more in Meta’s Privacy Policy.
